Sunday

Jenelle and I were busy organizing, and when it came to vacuuming,  Blake became very interested and wanted to help.  So we lined him up with the vacuum cleaner, and moved on to sorting and organizing.  Then Jenelle and I were moving buckets of clothes that BAM had outgrown to the driveway so that they cold be added to the menagerie of children's clothes that are kept at our house.  BAM vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed, and then we heard the vacuum quit.  Both Jenelle and I figured, oh yea, he probably pulled the plug out of the wall.
Engineer Mitchell loving his work!
NOPE - he vacuumed over the cord until it was spliced!  HOLY COW - he is a HARD CORE worker!
Uncle Mitchell to the rescue - he is busy replacing the cord to the vacuum cleaner with a cord that Jeff took off a broken vacuum at the dump!

Ta - da - it is always important to have a working vacuum cleaner when you are due to deliver a baby any day :-)

NO wait, and the boys decide to take the red cord off and replace it with the remaining good vacuum cord, am sure there is good logic in here somewhere!
Jeff testing the new cord!

Jenelle is hanging in there - she got a pedicure this morning, always important to have your feet looking good when you have surgery (An Aunt Shelley quote!)

So we are all well - I am having WAY too much fun making sure that I can blog and put pictures up, etc etc.  That way I know I can do it under pressure too :-)

BAM trying out his baby brother's cradle (which was his dad's too!)

Jenelle still smiling - always beautiful!

I wondered if you would notice my nice shirt!!! Had a great day, even took a 2 hour nap and was woken up by Buzz and Woody via BAM!

My inlaws have an almost identical cradle at their house. Each of their 11 grandchildren have to have their picture taken in it! Thanks for updating the blog - I was beginning to think this baby wasn't going to have a play-by-play of their birth!
