Beginning on June 7th I rose at 5:30am, put on work out clothes consisting of many many layers - and showed up at Boot Camp at Pioneer Park at 6:30am. A group of similarly crazy women joined me, led by our trainer - there are about 14 of us. The crazy part is that there is a class of 20 women that meet an hour before us!
The plan is to go five days a week (M-F) for a total of 20 days, with the last day being July 2nd. My goal is to make it through the month!
